User Agreement / Terms of Use

The AssociationIntel grants you a non-exclusive and revocable license to access and use portions of the website that you have subscribed to solely for your personal use, and not in connection with any commercial enterprise, service bureau, or business, and conditioned on your continued compliance with these terms. If you are accessing the AssociationIntel on behalf of an employer or other organization, this license is personal to you for non-exclusive internal business use only and information derived from AssociationIntel is not for redistribution, creation of derivative works, operating a service bureau, or providing services to others.

AssociationIntel respects others intellectual property rights, however AssociationIntel contains information from third-party sources. If you believe that your copyright interests are being infringed by AssociationIntel, you must notify us of your claim by filing a Notice with the Director AssociationIntel, Matthew Jones, (info@associationintel.com). Your notice must be in writing (either via electronic mail or by certified or registered mail to the AssociationIntel Attn: Matthew Jones, 1220 L Street NW, Suite 850, Washington DC 20005.) and must include:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that allegedly has been infringed
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
3. A description or location of that material on the AssociationIntel
4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing material is without the authorization of the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
